Exploration
MCC offers several services that aim to help you, the job seeker, identify your work-related skills and interests.
We'll contact businesses to schedule job shadows, volunteer opportunities, and informational interviews to help you learn more about the types of jobs you're interested in.
Job Search
Once you and your Job Developer have established a job goal, they will help you submit applications, contact employers, and attend interviews.
When you're offered a job, your Job Developer will assist with the onboarding process and support you as you acclimate to your new position.
Long Term Support
If you qualify for Long Term Support, you and your Job Coach will create a plan to support you in your job long-term. Coaching frequency and intensity can vary as you maintain employment and grow in your position.
