Mountain Crest Counseling Services founder Mr. Charles Joel Taylor received his Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a focus on Vocational Rehabilitation from Western Oregon University in 2010. Mr. Taylor continued his education and completed his Master of Arts degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling in May of 2014. Mr. Taylor is a Certified Functional Family Therapist in the Functional Family Therapy Model. Mr. Taylor is a Certified Anger Management Specialist. Mr. Taylor is a Certified Counselor with the State of Washington, and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), with the State of Oregon. Throughout his career, Mr. Taylor has provided exceptional services with successful and consistent outcomes for customers from all walks of life.
