Lindsey Brunken
Professional Counselor Associate
she/her/hers
Lindsey graduated from Pacific University in 2023 with a Master of Arts in Applied Psychological Science. She previously earned a Bachelor of Arts in Film & Photography from Montana State University. As a Professional Counselor Associate, Lindsey served as a school-based mental health support and counselor in a high school setting. Her work with teens focused on navigating anxiety, depression, identity development, low self-esteem, and challenging relationships.
Lindsey approaches therapy with the belief that people are inherently resilient and do the best they can with what they know. She believes therapy offers a space to reconnect with one's own inner wisdom, cultivate self-compassion, and practice new ways of understanding ourselves and the world.
Her style is grounded in warmth, curiosity, and genuine care for the wellbeing of her clients. Drawing from person-centered, cognitive behavioral, mindfulness, and trauma-informed approaches, Lindsey supports clients in making meaning of their experiences, honoring their strengths, and moving towards a greater sense of wholeness and self-trust. She feels deeply honored to walk alongside people as they grow from, reflect on, and heal whatever adversity they have faced.
