In September 2024, she earned her Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from Capella University.
With a systemic lens, Kristen emphasizes the interconnectedness of relationships and the broader context in which they exist. She specializes in Solution Focused Therapy and Narrative Therapy, helping clients identify their strengths and rewrite their stories. Kristen works extensively with individuals facing ADHD/ADD, depression, anxiety, codependency, and relationship conflicts.
Believing that our physical, mental, and emotional systems are intertwined, Kristen advocates that changing one aspect can lead to transformations in all areas. She fosters a therapeutic environment that promotes curiosity, trust, and mutual respect, empowering her clients to learn new skills, heal from past experiences, and achieve greater alignment in their lives.
